This 2km stretch serves as Krabi's tourism center with great infrastructure including ATMs, restaurants, and tour operators. The northern end is quieter with better swimming conditions. Best visited during low tide for maximum beach space, and it's the main departure point for tours to Phi Phi Islands and Four Islands.
