About this place

This unique village was established by Chinese Kuomintang soldiers in the 1960s and maintains strong Yunnan Chinese culture with traditional architecture and customs. The village produces excellent oolong tea, and visitors can participate in tea ceremonies and learn traditional tea processing. The lakeside setting provides stunning sunrise photography opportunities, and the authentic Yunnan cuisine is exceptional - try the duck soup and homemade tofu.
