This district-wide weaving community produces Thailand's finest mudmee silk using natural dyes from local plants and insects. The Pha Thai Museum showcases traditional patterns with explanations of their cultural significance. Visit during cool season (Dec-Feb) when outdoor looms are most active. Many families offer homestays with weaving lessons (800-1,200 baht per day including meals).
