Located 100km southwest of Bangkok, this market is best visited on a dawn tour (6-7am) before tourist crowds arrive and vendors start packing up around 11am. Book a long-tail boat tour to navigate the smaller canals where authentic trading still happens away from the main tourist thoroughfare. The vendors in traditional hats and the colorful floating produce make for incredible photos, but expect some commercialization due to its fame.
