This floating restaurant operates from a traditional long-tail boat and sources all ingredients directly from the Mun River ecosystem. The owner, Khun Yai (Grandmother) Somjit, personally catches giant catfish and freshwater prawns daily. Book in advance and specify you want the 'menu nam' (water menu) - dishes made exclusively from river ingredients. She only operates during high water season and speaks fluent Lao if you want to practice.
