This 80-year-old vendor still prepares boat noodles the original way - on an actual boat floating in the canal. The tiny bowls cost just 15 baht each, and locals typically order 5-6 bowls for a full meal. Visit early morning around 7-10am when the boat is docked and the broth is freshest, but bring mosquito spray during rainy season.
