Unlike touristy Rayong beaches, this spot caters mainly to Thai families from Bangkok. The northern end near the fishing village offers the most authentic experience - rent plastic chairs from local vendors for 20 baht and order fresh crab from beach restaurants. Visit the small morning market behind the beach for local snacks. Weekdays are virtually empty, and accommodation in local guesthouses costs 400-600 baht.
