This lesser-known national park features towering canyon walls that rival the American Southwest, with hiking trails that descend into the gorge system. Visit during the cool season (November-February) for comfortable hiking conditions, and bring plenty of water as there are no facilities within the canyon. Local guides from nearby Ban Na Kha village know secret viewpoints and can arrange overnight camping permits for the canyon floor.
